These terms apply when you use americanathletic.net or buy products and services from American Athletic Apparel, LLC.

Orders and payment
An order is accepted when payment is approved and we confirm the product and customization can be fulfilled. We may contact you if inventory, artwork, production, pricing, or delivery details require a change. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel the affected item and issue any applicable refund.
Artwork and approvals
You are responsible for reviewing product, color, size, quantity, spelling, artwork, placement, and personalization before approval. Digital previews are placement guides; final colors, scale, print texture, embroidery, and product appearance may vary within normal production limits.
Your rights to submitted content
By uploading artwork, names, logos, photographs, or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use and reproduce it for the order. You authorize American Athletic and its production partners to use the submitted content only as reasonably necessary to quote, prepare, produce, and support your order.
Prohibited content and use
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, or abusive content, or use the website to interfere with its operation or another person’s rights. We may decline content or an order that reasonably appears to violate these terms or applicable law.
Shipping, returns, and cancellations
Our Shipping Policy and Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy are part of these terms. Because customized goods are made to order, review those policies before payment.
Website availability
We work to keep product, inventory, pricing, and website information accurate, but availability can change. We may correct errors, update the website, or suspend a feature when needed to protect customers or operate the service.
