Shipping policy
Custom apparel is produced for your order, so delivery timing begins after the product, artwork, quantities, and payment are confirmed.

Where we ship
Online checkout is currently available for delivery within the United States. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery outside the United States.
Shipping charges
U.S. orders of 10 or more uniforms receive free standard shipping. Any shipping charge that applies to an order will be disclosed before payment or in the written team-order quote.
Production and delivery timing
Production time depends on the product, decoration method, inventory, artwork approval, and order quantity. We will provide or confirm an estimated schedule for custom and team orders. Carrier delays and other events outside our control may affect delivery dates.
Delivery issues
Review the shipping address before payment. If a package is delayed, damaged, or missing, contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment and work with the carrier.
