Returns, refunds & cancellations
Most American Athletic products are decorated or produced to your specifications. Please review your product, color, size, quantity, spelling, artwork, and placement before approving an order.

Customized products
Customized, decorated, personalized, and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or customer-approved artwork. This does not limit our responsibility for a product defect or an error made by American Athletic.
Defects or order errors
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved order, contact info@americanathletic.net promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We will review the claim and, when appropriate, repair, replace, remake, or refund the affected item.
Cancellations and changes
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. A cancellation or change may be possible before artwork approval, product allocation, or production begins. Once materials have been ordered or production has started, cancellation, changes, and refunds may not be available.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls how long it takes for the credit to appear after we submit it.
